Privacy policy

Oeko-Bureau works in compliance with the data protection rules of 25 May 2018. Within our contractual relationships / services we store the data required for project management and implementation, such as names, first names, addresses, telephone numbers and bank details. This data is used exclusively within our contractual relationships. We do not pass on your personal data to third parties, with the exception of permit applications that make this necessary. Your data is stored for 10 years in accordance with the law; after this period it is deleted. You have access to your data and can verify its accuracy. Verification requests can be sent at any time to info@oeko-bureau.lu. Our website www.oeko-bureau.lu uses no analytics or tracking services; a technical cookie is only set when submitting the contact form. We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services.

Contact form

The data you enter (name, e-mail, phone, message) is sent to us by e-mail and used solely to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). E-mails are sent via a technical service provider (SMTP2GO, servers in the EU). Messages are deleted after 12 months at the latest.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by CRW Computers, 11, Z.A. Um Lënster Bierg, L-6125 Junglinster, on servers located in Austria (netcup GmbH, Vienna data centre). The server automatically records technical data (IP address, page visited, date and time, browser) for security purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted after 14 days.

Map

The map is only loaded after you click (OpenStreetMap). At that moment your IP address is sent to OpenStreetMap.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The contact form is protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile. When the form is displayed, a script from Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) is loaded and technical data (IP address, browser characteristics) is processed by Cloudflare to distinguish humans from bots, without tracking cookies or identifying the person (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
